How long till my order ships?
Between 2-10 day turnaround.
We will email you incase we can not ship your item/s out in that time frame due to back orders.
Can I return an item?
All Sales are Final, No returns.
What carrier do you use to ship?
United states postal service (USPS)
USPS Tracking says my order was delivered
Top knot Bands is NOT responsible to replace, or refund for your lost or stolen package once shipment is shipped &/or delivered
My order says its in transit...when will I receive it ?
Top knot bands is NOT responsible to contact any USPS to find out where an order is, once your shipping notification is sent to you it is your responsibility to track your order.
My package was sent to the wrong address...
Please note: Top knot bands is NOT responsible for any lost items in the mail. Please make sure to check/correct your mailing Address with every transaction to save any future problems that can occur.
Top knot Bands can NOT change any shipping label due to wrong addresses on your personal Paypal Transaction checkout.
During shipping my packaged was damaged.
We will remake and replace any damaged items. Please note we do not cover the return shipping Label cost. Please send back original item that was damaged within the first 5 days . Once we receive the original item we will replace and send you the new item immediately.

How do I care for my items ?
All products are handmade, please wash with like colors on delicate wash, dry with low tumble, or air dry.
All Glitter Bowbands/ Bowbands, please handwash bands with soap and water and let air dry.
